Attorney General Eric Holder has agreed to face a congressional subcommittee to delve deeper into his knowledge of the "Fast and Furious" gun operation.
Holder will appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Dec. 8. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), a Judiciary Committee member and head of the House Oversight Committee, issued Holder a subpoena to appear, to explain when he was aware of ATF's operation.
