And an Atlanta officer jumped out of his patrol with his gun drawn, ran up to the driver's side window, and demanded the suspect get out of the car, the video shows.
Police said the 38-year-old suspect was taken into custody and the child was immediately reunited with his mother.
Atlanta Police, Georgia State Patrol, Fulton County Police, and the Fulton County Sheriff's Office all responded to the incident, according to Atlanta Police.
