A gay officer with the Cleveland (OH) Police Department has filed suit against his agency for alleged sexual harassment in the workplace.

According to Cleveland.com , the suit—filed on Tuesday in federal court—alleges that Officer Kevin Jones endured discrimination because of his sexual orientation, including disparaging statements, a post on a bulletin board, and through several drawings of penises with his name on them.
