Four New York Officers Hospitalized Following Patrol Vehicle Collision

Four officers with the New York Police Department were hospitalized after their two patrol SUVs collided in the Bronx on Sunday.

According to the New York Post , both vehicles were totaled in the wreck, and all four occupants of the two SUVs were transported to a nearby hospital with undisclosed non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses said that the sound of the collision was significant, with one woman describing the impact as "heavy."
