Dianna Muller, a former officer with the Tulsa (OK) Police Department and founder of the Second Amendment advocacy group The DC Project, went before congress and said that what gun owners are "up against is a very well-organized, well-funded effort to take guns away from American citizens."
According to Fox News , Muller said that any proposed weapons ban—several of which have been discussed in recent weeks following high-profile mass shootings—would force law abiding gun owners to either forfeit their weapons or become de-facto criminals.
