A new Florida law goes into effect next week that will stop internet providers from tipping off suspected predators that the police investigating child pornography and online predation may be interested in their activities on the web.

Internet providers and cloud storage services find porn or child abuse and then report it to police.
"And then, before we could start delving into it, they would notify the perps because they were worried about being sued," Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey told WCTV News.
