A Pennsylvania police chief arrested a flasher who knocked on his door and told the chief he was there to "scare the children."

When 22-year-old Brody Hall attempted to run past him into his house, Chief Rich Shopene of the Corry Police Department wrestled him to the ground and arrested him, reports MyFoxPhilly . Brody was intoxicated and harassing his neighbors.
