Agents with the FBI's SWAT team arrested an Australian businessman Tuesday in connection with a fake collar bomb that had been placed around the neck of a Sydney teenager.

Paul Peters, 50, was arrested at his ex-wife's Louisville home for allegedly targeting the wealthy family of 18-year-old Madeleine Pulver, who endured 10 hours of terror after a masked intruder entered her home and strapped what he said was a bomb to her neck.

After painstakingly removing the device, bomb-disposal experts were able to ascertain that it contained no explosives.
