Kim Lene Williams, 46, allegedly told authorities that her husband, Eric, pulled the trigger and killed Mike McLelland , Cynthia McLelland and Mark Hasse. She has been charged with capital murder.
Eric Williams, who has not been charged in the case, was already being held at the county jail on $3 million bond. He was jailed early Sunday, accused of sending an anonymous e-mail to law enforcement officials threatening another attack if his demands were not met, reports the New York Times .
Eric Williams was convicted last year for stealing computer equipment in a case handled by the two slain prosecutors . As a result, he lost his position as a justice of the peace, law license, and peace officer's certification.
