Bridgeport (Conn.) Police officers arrested a naked man who ran through the streets with his girlfriend's baby while high on PCP, police sources told NBC Connecticut .
Surveillance cameras captured Santos Rodriguez walking around naked at 4 a.m. Saturday carrying his girlfriend's son. At one point Rodriguez strips off the baby's diaper and throws it on the street. He also crossed Interstate 95.
