Roman is a 7-year-old boy with cerebral palsy. Officer Brad Gagon of the Arvada (CO) Police Department is a school resource officer at Roman's school. When Officer Gagon heard that Roman could walk with assistance, he decided to help. He built an 8-foot-long strength trainer to help the boy practice walking. CentralSquare says the video , put together as part of CentralSquare's Share Blue Smiles project , shows how even the smallest action can make a huge difference in someone's life.
