An officer with the Chicago Police Department suffered a laceration to his hand during a foot pursuit on the north side of the city on Monday evening.
According to CBS News , the 54-year-old officer suffered the minor injury as he was pursuing a 26-year-old suspect who was subsequently apprehended.
