During a court proceeding Monday, First Assistant District Attorney Sandra Doorley said there wasn't enough evidence to pursue the case.
Following the dismissal of charges, Good said she felt vindicated and threatened to sue the agency. Her video of the May 12 arrest went viral on the Internet.
Officer Mario Masic arrested Good after repeatedly asking her to stop filming the ticketing of a man she identified as a friend during the traffic stop. Good refused, and was taken into custody.
Meanwhile, the Rochester PD announced it was launching two internal investigations relating to the incident. The agency will investigate the incident, as well as Good's claim that her supporters were selectively ticketed.
Also Monday, Good said the iPod she used to film the arrest was stolen from her home during a burglary last week. Money and her roommates' laptops were also stolen, she said. Seven officers showed up within 25 minutes of her reporting the crime.
