Canadian Officer Severely Injured in Single-Vehicle Crash

An officer with the Montreal Police was badly injured when his patrol vehicle crashed into a tree while en route to a call for service.

According to CBC News , the 32-year-old officer—whose name has not been released—was transported to a nearby hospital with possible broken bones in his legs.

The K-9 who was in the rear seat at the time of the crash was transported to a local veterinary hospital for evaluation.
