California Man Kills Wife, 4 Others Before Killing Himself

A man reportedly killed his wife and four others before turning the gun on himself in an agricultural town in central California, according to the Los Angeles Times .

While an exact motive for the killing spree was not disclosed, Lieutenant Mark King of the Kern County (CA) Sheriff's Office said "there's a strong indication" that the rampage in Bakersfield was a case of domestic violence.

According to CNN , the man shot and killed a man at a trucking business, then fatally shot his wife. He then went to a nearby sporting goods shop where he killed two more men. He then reportedly went to a nearby residence, where he killed two more men.

He then reportedly turned the gun on himself.
