Arizona Officers Fatally Shoot Man Who Ambushed Them at Domestic

Officers with the Buckeye (AZ) Police Department were en route to a call about a fight between a woman and her boyfriend on Christmas Day when 911 dispatchers heard what was believed to be a gunshot.

When officers arrived at the scene, they were able to get the girlfriend out of the home, but another adult woman—along with two children—were in the home with the boyfriend.

According to Fox News , the suspect emerged from the house and opened fire on officers, forcing three of them to return fire, striking him.

The suspect—identified as 34-year-old Antonio Ramos—was declared dead at the scene.

No officers were injured in the incident.
