Anonymous Shuts Down Cleveland City Website Over Boy's Shooting by Police

International vigilante hacker organization Anonymous has claimed responsibility for taking down the City of Cleveland's website.

Anonymous' Twitter account linked to a story on Russian news website RT with a video credited to the group. In the video, the speaker claims that the group hacked the site because the city did not provide proper training for its officers, ABC News 5  reports.
