Actress Tweets Obama To Fire Officer In DUI Arrest

Actress Amanda Bynes apparently believes President Obama has the power to fire police officers to avoid a DUI charge.

On Tuesday, Bynes tweeted, "Hey @BarackObama. I don't drink. Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."

The actress was arrested early April 6 after she struck the black-and-white patrol car of a Los Angeles Sheriff's Department deputy in West Hollywood. She entered a not-guilty plea on Wednesday, reports ABC News .
