The Mullins Police Department (SC) reports two officers were injured Monday night when an SUV crashed through the front of a restaurant where they were having dinner.
The officers were eating at the Yummy Yummy Hibachi and Chinese restaurant when the SUV smashed through a large window at the front of the restaurant, reports WBTW .
The two officers were transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol tells WRAL that around 7:50 p.m. a 2018 Nissan Rogue was attempting to pull into a parking space in front of the restaurant when the driver accidentally drove into the building.
