Daveonte Dixon is wanted for the shooting of two Mifflin Township, Ohio, police officers during a May 28 traffic stop. A $40,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect as Daveonte Dixon, according to a Facebook statement.
A $40,000 reward is being offered for information leading to Dixon’s arrest. The reward includes $25,000 from the FBI, $5,000 from Central Ohio Crime Stoppers, $5,000 from FOP Capital City Lodge #9, and $5,000 from the U.S. Marshals Service.
According to the sheriff’s office, Dixon has been charged with one count of attempted murder and two counts of felonious assault.
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation with support from multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
