The Huntsville, AL, police officer critically wounded in the Tuesday attack that killed another officer is expected to survive.
Officer Albert Morin, 34, remains in critical condition at Huntsville Hospital, WAAY reports.

A suspect is in custody. He is also suspected of shooting a female before the officers arrived.
The suspect, Juan Laws, has been charged with capital murder and was booked in the Madison County Jail, where he is being held without bond.
