California Officers Shoot, Kill Armed Man in Car at Taco Bell

McCoy was shot following a 911 call around 10:30 p.m. Saturday, by employees at the Taco Bell. Two officers approached the car and saw a man slumped over in the driver’s seat, in a car that had stopped in the drive-through. The officers saw a gun in the man’s lap and called for backup, the news release says.
