ICE Arrests MS-13 Gang Member Released From Local Custody On Active Detainer
Officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested a self-admitted MS-13 gang member Feb. 16 after he was released from New York City custody with an active ICE detainer in place.

DHS Issues Statement on Arrest of Admitted Alien Gang Member in Washington
Daniel Ramirez-Medina, a gang member, was encountered at a residence in Des Moines, WA, during an operation targeting a prior-deported felon. He was arrested by ICE and was transferred to the Northwest Detention Center to await the outcome of removal proceedings before an immigration judge.
