Foul Play Suspected in Va. Reserve Capt.'s Disappearance
The Virginia State Police said the abandoned vehicle belonging to Kevin W. Quick, 45, was spotted by a Louisa County Sheriff's deputy. Virginia State Police Spokeswoman Corinne Geller said state police investigators were examining the vehicle in hopes of getting further clues about Quick's whereabouts.
