One of the three men who threw Molotov cocktails onto an empty Brooklyn NYPD van during a protest and riot in May has been arrested, police said.

Matthew Piscitello, 21, was charged Wednesday evening with arson, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and rioting for the May 29 attack, police said.

Piscitello was caught on camera igniting the van around 9 p.m., the New York Daily News reports.
