Two men were found carrying a gasoline can outside of the home of a Chicago police captain Monday night.

No fire was set and the captain and his family were not injured, CBS reports.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. Monday.

It was not clear if the men followed the captain home. But the neighborhood is known to be home to many CPD officers. The captain’s squad vehicle was parked outside the house.

As of Tuesday night, charges were pending against the two suspects.
