Wash. Agency Purchases 27 Police Vehicles

The agency purchased 14 Ford Police Interceptor sedans, eight Ford P.I. Utility vehicles, and four other vehicles slated for the agency's Criminal Apprehension Team.

The Kennewick (Wash.) Police Department has added 27 new police vehicles to its fleet, reports the Tri-City Herald.

The agency purchased 14 Ford Police Interceptor sedans, eight Ford P.I. Utility vehicles, and four other vehicles slated for the agency's Criminal Apprehension Team.

The vehicles will replace Ford Crown Vics and should be on the road in September.
