Judge Grants Delay to Fort Hood Shooter's Attorneys

Legel maneuvering has delayed the probable-cause hearing for Maj. Nidal Hasan's defense for last year's massacre at a soldier deployment center at Fort Hood.

Col. James L. Pohl, the presiding Army judge, stopped the hearing at midday. The Army psychiatrist's defense team led by Lt. Col. Kris R.
