Inflatable boat manufacturer Zodiac, on Sept. 29, will kick off a tour down the Mississippi River to bring anti-terrorism training to agencies from Minnesota to Louisiana.
The National Wilderness Training Center will provide free anti-terrorism training to law enforcement officers and military and government personnel assigned to special ops units.
In-water demonstrations will showcase the latest Zodiac boats for enforcement and harbor security, such as the F-470 combat craft with the new Armorflate bulletproof system and the new DuraRib II inflatable collar with a bullet-resistant layer of foam surrounding the inflatable tubes.
Former Navy SEALs Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura and Rudy Boesch, who appeared on the first season of the TV show "Survivor," will participate in the tour down the Mississippi.
