A Laredo police officer has entered a guilty plea to his role in transporting what he thought was cocaine over the border from Mexico, Examiner.com reports.
Pedro Martinez III, 32, and a second man were charged with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine. They accepted the sham narcotics from an undercover FBI agent who paid Martinez and his partenr $1,000 to transport the "cocaine" into the U.S. through Laredo.
