RidgeLine Introduces Gold Series Pro Ears Ear Protection
The Gold Series headsets feature an LED alert light on each circuit board to monitor how the unit is operating, an onboard, computer controlled auto-shut off feature and low battery indicator. The headsets also feature Pro Ear’s exclusive DLSC technology that instantly protects against hearing damaging noise levels while simultaneously allowing the ability to hear everything in the surrounding environment.
RidgeLine has developed a new and innovative Pro Ears hearing protection headset called the Gold Series.
RidgeLine President Dan Nigro made the announcement: “What makes the Gold Series so special is a number of features not offered in any other hearing product. This is the first electronic hearing protection product to feature a high-tech, eight-bit micro-processor that runs a complete electronic diagnostic just like your computer. The processor runs 10,000 diagnostics per second so you always know your system is in 100-percent working order.”
“Other features unique to the Gold Series include: fully enclosed military grade circuit boards for the ultimate protection from the elements and more costly gold connectors for the best conductivity. This results in the highest audiophile sound quality ever possible in hearing protection/amplification. We have been able to not only increase the hearing range but provide a level of quality sound so clear and so natural you won’t believe it possible.”
The Gold Series also features an LED alert light on each circuit board to monitor how the unit is operating, an onboard, computer controlled auto-shut off feature and low battery indicator. The headsets also feature Pro Ear’s exclusive DLSC technology that instantly protects against hearing damaging noise levels while simultaneously allowing the ability to hear everything in the surrounding environment.
For hunters, law enforcement, and others, Pro Ears not only provides the ultimate in protection but also volume and gain adjustability, allowing the user to amplify surrounding sounds up to eight times normal, which enables the wearer to hear distant as well as quiet sounds never before possible.
The new Gold models also offer Pro Ear’s exclusive ProForm leather ear seals and adjustable, padded headband. The ProForm seals are not only the most comfortable, no sweat seals ever made for muff-style headsets, but they also conform more completely around the ears, even while wearing glasses, for the most complete noise elimination seal possible. The ProForm leather seals are so advanced and so comfortable they actually raised the NRR of each unit.
Nigro continued, “We are the only ones made in the USA and offer a field proven toughness, reliability and overall performance level unmatched in the industry. There is simply no other electronic hearing protection/amplification system made today that is comparable. Which is why we stand behind our products with the industry’s longest most comprehensive five-year warranty.”
The Gold Series is offered in various models in Dimension 1, Dimension 2, and Predator. Dimension 2 models feature receiver/input capabilities for: AM/FM Radio, CD, or MP3 Player, many FRS radios or electronic communication/Entertainment devices using a 3.5mm "mini jack."
