The “I Wish I Had An Arbitrator” contest kicked off on May 31st and will run through July 31st with a Toughbook Arbitrator digital video recording system, valued at $5,000, awarded for the best submission, as selected by the Toughbook unit of Panasonic Corp. of North America.
