Washington Man Charged with Felony Harassment of Seattle Officer
A homeless Seattle man who became hostile and confrontational with officers who were attempting to arrest him during a March 2019 encounter has been charged in King County Superior Court with two counts of felony harassment after investigators said he threatened to kill a police officer.
