Washington Man Charged with Felony Harassment of Seattle Officer

A homeless Seattle man who became hostile and confrontational with officers who were attempting to arrest him during a March 2019 encounter has been charged in King County Superior Court with two counts of felony harassment after investigators said he threatened to kill a police officer.

A homeless Seattle man who became hostile and confrontational with officers who were attempting to arrest him during a March 2019 encounter has been charged in King County Superior Court with two counts of felony harassment after investigators said he threatened to kill a police officer.

According to KIRO-TV, 32-year-old Kevin Ray Beasley threatened to hurt a Seattle Police officer who was trying to arrest him for an outstanding warrant.

According to court papers, Beasley reportedly threatened the officers, at times saying:

"I'll catch you. I know what precinct you work at."
"I'm going to take you both out. I'm going to do the U district a favor."
"It's going to be funny blowing your f------ brains all over your windshield, b----."

Beasley's criminal history includes multiple assault and drug possession convictions.
