N.J. Officer Revives Infant
Capt. Jose Ruiz was driving with his wife off-duty in Egg Harbor Township when he spotted a woman with a child that didn't look right. He pulled over and began CPR on the infant, reviving the 2-year-old girl.

N.J. SWAT Team Subdues Suicidal Intestine Tosser
Tactical officers who arrived on the scene went off the playbook, after several attempts to subdue him with less-lethal force weren't successful. Officers used pepper spray, sprayed his face with water from a fire extinguisher, and fired 13 40mm "sponge rounds" at Wayne Carter.
