Cubic Equips College with 'Tactical Village'

The contract for more than $700,000 is with College of Dupage, a 30,000-student community college in Glen Ellyn, a Chicago suburb. It operates the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA), one of six police academies in the state. Otis Holford was shot inside the lobby of the medical center on Wednesday. He is now listed in stable condition. The alleged shooter, 26-year-old Anthony D. Green Jr., was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
