Police responded to a disturbance call at Johnson Elementary School in El Cajon, Calif., and attempted to talk to the men, reports San Diego 6 News. The men ran from police in separate directions.

Cubic Equips College with 'Tactical Village'
The contract for more than $700,000 is with College of Dupage, a 30,000-student community college in Glen Ellyn, a Chicago suburb. It operates the Suburban Law Enforcement Academy (SLEA), one of six police academies in the state. The college is in the process of constructing a 66,000-square-foot facility called the Homeland Security Training Center.

Neb. Hospital Shooter and Victim Have Gang Ties
Otis Holford was shot inside the lobby of the medical center on Wednesday. He is now listed in stable condition. The alleged shooter, 26-year-old Anthony D. Green Jr., was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.
