The Justice Department's Office of Justice Programs will make over $340 million available to enhance local law enforcement services to state and local jurisdictions.
The Justice Department's Office of Justice Programs will make over $340 million available to enhance local law enforcement services to state and local jurisdictions. The online application process for the FY 2002 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant program is open right now. The application period will close on July 17, 2002.
The LLEBG directly funds units of local government to support projects that reduce crime and improve public safety.
