Fraternal Order of Police State Lodge President Mark Koch supports a Pennsylvania State House Bill that would stiffen penalties for administering illegal substances when a death has occurred.

House Bill 1704, sponsored by Rep. Jeffrey Pyle (R-Pa.), states it would be murder in the third degree, and a felony of the first degree to any person who distributes an illegal substance to another person who then dies as a result.

Criminals who choose to distribute these illegal substances to children are being sent a message that we as a society will not tolerate this type of behavior,” says Koch.
