Ohio K-9 Fatally Struck by Vehicle

K-9 Kaya was working with his handler Officer Jason Hall when Hall let the dog out of his police vehicle to "stretch his legs." Kaya then reportedly "got too close" to state Route 303 and was struck by a passing vehicle.
