Paint Dumped on 22 Portland Police Vehicles

Many of the affected cars are school resource officer vehicles, which means those officers won't be available at neighborhood schools until the cars can be cleaned. The vandalism may have been related to May Day.

Nashville Officer Wounded in Gunfight with Attempted Murder Suspect

The suspect Tadarius Hunt was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Hunt was wanted in connection with the shooting of a worker at the Nashville Rescue Mission, police said.
