Belligerent Suspect Tries to Hit Officer With Stolen Patrol Car

An agitated Gilroy, Calif., man was arrested after he hijacked a patrol car, attempted to remove a locked police weapon, and nearly ran down an officer while driving the vehicle in reverse.
