Union Accuses Baltimore Police Leaders and Politicians of Mismanagement

The union that represents officers with the Baltimore Police Department issued a scathing report on Tuesday in which they accused police and political leaders of severe mismanagement of the agency, saying that the intense violence in the city is the direct result.
