SEMCO’s R250DVR has a pixel resolution approximately four times that of commercial digital recorders and features designed specifically for law enforcement and investigative applications. All video is date/time stamped and filed by date and time. The R250’s internal hard drive can store over 11 hours of DVD-quality video in full motion (30 frames/sec.) and user-selectable commands can extend recording time to approximately 25 hours. Downloads to a laptop or desktop are via USB at a rate of 1GB/min. The R250 uses QuickTime as its media player and has overwrite protection as well as the ability to scan each frame individually.
