In response to a need for portable night-vision friendly light, Pelican Products’ VB3 2220NV LED, the latest addition to its VersaBrite line, is designed to meet the need for portable, night-vision-friendly light. The VB3 2220NV LED provides more than 100 hours of burn time. The twin red LEDs preserve night vision while generating 5.5 lumens for tasks such as map reading. Designed for hands-free use, the VB3 2220NV LED features a built-in spring-loaded clip that can be easily attached to a wide variety of surfaces, including uniforms, webbing belts, and equipment vests up to 0.5 inches thick. The swivel head on the light activates a beam that can pivot to a full 180 degrees, aiming light where it’s needed. Lightweight and made of virtually indestructible Xylex, the VB3 2220NV LED is also approved for use in hazardous locations such as petrochemical environments.
