Troy Products has a cargo solution for the Ford P.I. Utility. The company's weapon box and slide-out electronics tray on an elevated mount are sold either as a system or as stand-alone parts. The elevated mount bolts to OEM points in the cargo floor for a robust fit. The mount legs are pre-punched with holes to allow height adjustment for an optional sliding electronics tray. The mounting surface area of the tray is sizable at 37.5 inches by 23.6 inches. Many different weapon/storage box models are available to bolt to the top of the mount. With this system, you can leave in the OEM cargo cover and access the spare tire in the floor as needed.
