A text file in standard vCalendar format is created by the spreadsheet that can be saved on your computer and imported into Outlook for viewing and transfer to your PDA or Smart Phone. Shift Schedules provides Excel spreadsheets for scheduling employees to daily shifts and tasks. The spreadsheets come in sizes to schedule between 10 and 500. Rotating Shift Schedulers can create 24/7 shift assignments for up to a year at a time. The built-in vacation scheduler and vacation coverage scheduler make vacation scheduling easy and ensure that any vacated shifts are covered. Plus, an overtime log keeps track of overtime assignments.
