Cool Offs are 38-inch-long neck or head wraps designed to protect and provide comfort for officers working in hot environments. They feature non-toxic cooling crystals that are activated by water to cool for 24 to 72 hours. Reuse by simply soaking in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes. For an extended cooling effect, just refrigerate. Lightweight and comfortable, Cool Offs can be worn around the neck or tied as a headband. A distinctive closure allows for a secure fit. The outer shell is 100-percent cotton and comes in seven colors and patterns: digital camouflage, royal blue, royal blue with Velcro closures, American flag, orange, cowboy black and orange, and cowboy blue or red.
