1274 Series Boots

Thorogood's 1274 Series boot honors Detective Jason Weiland—who was killed in the line of duty in a city near the company's longtime headquarters—and all fallen officers. The company donates a portion of proceeds to C.O.P.S. (Concerns of Police Survivors), a national non-profit organization providing support to surviving family members, significant others, and affected co-workers of police officers killed in the line of duty. The boot was named as a tribute to Detective Weiland's bravery after his badge number, 1274. The 1274 Series is designed to provide all-day, lightweight comfort and multi-terrain flexibility for law enforcement outside of tactical situations.
