Indianapolis (Ind.) Police arrested a 32-year-old man on the city's Southside, after he admonished an officer who pulled him over and asked him to end a phone call, reports the Indianapolis Star.

Chad Modesitt led Officer William Bueckers on a pursuit at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday morning, before pulling over. With gun drawn, Officer Bueckers approached the vehicle. When he opened the door, Modesitt ignored the officer's request to end his call, saying he was arguing with his girlfriend.
