Maryland law enforcement agencies foiled a possible rampage shooting that could have been on the same scale as the Aurora theater massacre, reports WJLA-TV.
When law enforcement officers arrested Neil Prescott, 28, on Thursday he was wearing a T-shirt that said, "Guns don't kill people. I do."
Prescott was facing termination from his job as a subcontractor for Pitney Bowes, the document, mailing and shipping company.
"I am a joker and I'm gonna load my guns and blow everybody up," he allegedly said.
